RAYMOND, ME—November 6, 1996—ABC Inc. is the latest group owner to sign with Dielectric for DTV and NTSC television station equipment. Under the terms of the agreement Dielectric will be ABC Inc. supplier of DTV and NTSC antennas, transmission line and RF systems for their stations nationwide.

ABC Inc., the nation's fourth largest group owner, is headquartered in New York City. The group now owns and operates ten stations which represent over 24% of the viewing households in the U.S.: WABC, New York City; KABC, Los Angeles; WLS, Chicago; WPVI, Philadelphia; KGO, San Francisco; KTRK, Houston; WTVD, Durham-Raleigh; KFSN, Fresno; WJRT, Flint, MI; WTVG, Toledo, OH.

With the addition of ABC Inc., Dielectric has reached agreement with five group owners controlling 48 of the major market stations nationwide.
